TOOL BAR AND DASHBOARD SECTION

1. When log into CRM, this will default to the home2 page. This is key dashboard items and graphs, reports that give a quick look at the key areas of attention

2. We use the home2 page as the primary page to load because it has minimual data to load and will load quicker than the Dashboard- Home page section.

Dashboard- Home

1. This is the main Home section that will give you majority of all primary department modules and key graphs to check and verify the status of department modules

2. This is used for Business Interllegance to be able to determine key department modules, automation is working

1. New Candidates are added to this section as Candidates

2. New Candidate are converted to New Employees

3. Creates Active Directory, email, user login user name and password, crm access, webmail, dashboard, assigne phone extension

Patient Module

1. New patients are enetered into the new patient module

2. Patient BT information is imported into the CRM patient module based upon predetermine rules. I.e email added or changed, phone, workflow, account groups, etc… These create automation

3. Workflows send patients an doctors notification on the order and the order status by fax, dialer calls, text sms and emails base upon predetrine rules

Calendar

1. Used for staff to set calendar notifications and reminders

2. BT scheduler imports into CRM calendar module and creates automation base upon predetermied rules. I.e. follow up, mask guarantee, compliance

Doctors

1. Doctors are imported from BT into CRM doctor module

2. Doctors receive fax notifications based upon predetermine rules.

3. We have the ability to Do not fax or DNF, this will disable all fax automation for the selected doctor

4. Doctor portal, doctors have the ability to log into the doctor portal similar to patients portal

Documents

1. Inbound faxes, email, out bound faxes, etc.. Are stored in the documents section of the CRM documents module

2. Documents module have the ability to outbound fax out, assign to patients to the patient portal and doctor portal

Tickets

1. Tickets are created for tracking, to-do actions, follow up, the Ticket module is used to track, measure and complete department assigned tasks.

2. Tickets are created from pre determine automation, inbound emails to specific emails will create tickets assigned to deparment/ groups.

3. Tickets are used to complete tasks, update ticket comments and ticket comments if the patient is assigned to the ticket will create a BT patient note from Jade
