As Benefits Plan sponsor, the Board provides notices to members throughout the year, in accordance with IRS and other benefits regulations. These are summarized on the Benefits notices page of pensions.org. There are other required notices that you, as the employer, are required to distribute to employees.

Universal Availability Notice - Employer Instructions

All employers offering the Retirement Savings of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) must provide an annual notice to employees to inform them of their eligibility to make salary deferral contributions to the plan. Employers with highly compensated employees must conduct certain nondiscrimination tests each year. This letter, mailed to participating employers annually, contains instructions on how to comply with the requirements and distribute the Universal Availability notice below.
