There are two ways to use this toolkit to help employees make informed decisions when electing benefits and to supplement communications from the Board and our business partners:

1) DIY (Do It Yourself). Select any item in this toolkit to print, post, or distribute as needed.
2) Follow the communications roadmap. See below.

To use the template, select the worksheet tab (Biweekly Pay or Semimonthly Pay) for your payroll cycle and enter the monthly rates and employer and employee contributions for each benefit you offer; the per-pay costs will automatically calculate. Delete sheet rows for any benefits you do not offer.
