Food or Drink
providing food or drink to students on a campus of the higher education provider;Catered events, activities or collectives that are held on campus.Food or Drink is a special category that can be combined with another category for a single service. For Bites & Bustles, for example, you would use the Recreational Activities category for your estimate of how many students attended altogether, and as the category for your entertainment invoices. However, you would tag catering invoices with the Food or Drink category and estimate how many students you served food. NOTE: Food Relief is a different category. How many people came to your catered collective? Or how many sausages did you get through at your bbq? Estimates for this category are collected in a later question as Food or Drink can be combined with another category, eg Recreational Activities.Note that for this category, you're estimating how many students ate/drank, not how many students came to the event altogether. Sometimes these two numbers will be the same, sometimes they'll be quite different.

Info session on visa work rights. We understand welfare in its holistic sociocultural sense, so this category extends, for example, to hosting cultural celebrations and social opportunities for intl students.Estimates for this category are collected in a later question as International Student Needs can be combined with another category, eg Recreational Activities. Ensure your estimate for international student needs is only for the number of international students accessing the service. Eg For a popular UMSUi event, all student attendees might be estimated under the Recreational activity category, and only the number of international students would be estimated under this category.
