Notes
1. Overnight Trips
Overnight trips will be billed as a 12-hour charter, plus a $50 per diem for the driver.
Lodging must be provided by the school. If not, lodging costs will be added to the invoice.
2. Cargo Requirements
If cargo is required, a larger bus may be necessary, which could result in an increase in the base
price.
An additional $100 cargo handling fee will also apply.
3. ADA Accessibility
A fee of $100 will be applied for ADA accessibility.
Please note, accommodating a wheelchair may reduce seating capacity and require a larger bus,
which may result in additional charges.
4. Vehicle Size Restrictions
If route or destination restrictions require the use of two smaller buses instead of one, the client will be billed for two buses.		Gate-to-Gate – All time and miles are calculated from when
the bus departs the bus yard until its return. Cleaning beyond what is normal and customary, $75.00.
Biological cleanup as quoted.
Thursday/Friday Surcharge: $50.00 per bus and $5.00 per excess hour.
Prime Time Trips M-F (6a-9a or 1:30p-4:30p) surcharged $50.00 per bus
per occurrence.
Late Bookings/Changes within five (5) business days of trip: $75.00 per
bus.
Out of town, long haul, trips and driver lodging as quoted.
Grad Nite Trips as Quoted
Any tolls/parking charges are the responsibility of the chartering party.		The above rates are based on availability and do not include driver gratuity which we leave to the discretion of the group. Airport arrival
& departure fees, parking fees, event fees, bus entrance fees and road tolls are not included and will be charged accordingly. For long
distance transfers or charters picking up 40 or more miles from base, cost will be based on the hourly rates or mileage, whichever is greater.
Additional fees may apply during peak dates, and to large programs and events.
• For San Francisco pick up & drop off, one additional hour of service will be added to the total charter time.
• One night, overnight stays will be based on a 325 mile minimum.
FUEL SURCHARGE
***Fuel surcharge is included in the above rates up to $5.50 per gallon market value***
There will be no fuel surcharge unless fuel price exceeds $5.50 per gallon. If Diesel fuel price exceeds $5.50 per gallon, a fuel surcharge
would be applied.
$5.50 to $5.75/gal. = 3% increase in fee structure
$5.76 to $6.00/gal. = 6% increase in fee structure
$6.01 to $6.25/gal. = 9% increase in fee structure
For every .25 cent jump in the fuel it is an additional 3% increase		District will be responsible for all parking fees, tolls, entrance fees.
