I have also become very involved with Polar Bears' International and been to the Arctic with them the last 2 years. I was accepted and completed their Climate Alliance Program in 2022. This program teaches participants about climate change and the best/most effective ways to message it. Also participated in the Field Ambassador program with PBI where I traveled to Churchill Manitoba to talk to visitors in the interp center and out on the tundra buggies, about climate change, polar bears, and research zoos and aquarium do to help polar bears in the wild. |
